Can we order less than your standard minimum of 24?

A.

Yes! Orders of 12-23 are accepted with an additional small order charge of $2.50 per shirt/item.

Can we order a design from Graystone Graphics High School collection and change it so that our graduation year is reflected in the design for our class reunion?

A.

Yes! Any class year is available on most of our High School designs.

Can we change the ink colors of a Reunion Gear design?

A.

Yes! Go to Ink Colors Request 1.)_____________ 2.) _____________ under Design Info on our Order Form to name your 2 free ink color choices. To print a Reunion Gear order form click here to go to our on line order form.

We have our own art, can Reunion Gear digitaly print it?

A.

Yes! If you have your own shirt design, send us the original artwork, we will be happy to print it for you when you order 36 or more.

Does Reunion Gear print Reunion designs which include signatures designs?

A.

Yes, signatures are our specialty! We can add signatures or typeset names to most designs. The size of the design will determine how many signatures or typeset names can be added. If you have questions about any of the Graystone Graphics designs or how to incorporate signatures or typeset names into your original art, please call us toll-free at 1-800-451-1611.

Q.

Can we combine shirt styles and/or colors to equal the small order minimum quantity of 24?

A.

Yes! You may mix White and Natural T-shirts, Longsleeve Tees, Sweatshirts, or Hooded Sweatshirts to achieve the combined minimum order of 24. (e.g. 12 white t-shirts, 6 natural longsleeve tees, 4 white sweatshirts, 2 natural hooded sweatshirts = 24.)

Can we order shirt colors other than White and Natural?

A.

Yes! You may call us at 1-800-451-1611 to check the availability of the color shirt you want, a minimum of 24 shirts per color is required. Since shirt colors other than white or natural cost us more due to the color pigments used, please add $3.00 per shirt. (This charge does not apply to polo shirts.)

Can we get other items besides shirts?

A.

Yes. We have a variety of other great products and ideas suitable for reunion events. If you don't see what you are looking for, just give us a call at 1-800-451-1611.

Our reunion committee previously ordered shirts from Reunion Gear, can we place a re-order and just use the same design?

A.

If you order the exact art as previously printed, without any changes, we will accept your new order as a re-order. On re-orders a 10 shirt minimum is all you need.

How do we place our order before we collect the money from our reunion members?

A.

For your convenience we accept payment in full by Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, or money order.

Q.

Can we have our own reunion logo/design imprinted on one side of a shirt and a Reunion Gear stock design imprinted on the other side? - If so, how many imprints will we be charged for?

A.

Yes. - We count all art printed on the front of your shirt as one imprint; all art printed on the back of your shirt as one imprint; and/or all art printed on a sleeve as one imprint.

Can we send our original artwork by fax or over the internet?

A.

To make your screenprinted art look its very best, we prefer to work from the original art. A clean black and white copy is always appreciated along with your color version.

Can we submit another company's design or art for Reunion Gear to screenprint on our shirts and accessories?

A.

No. Because you deserve the best quality and most original designs year after year, we print only original art. Law strictly prohibits the copying or duplication of copyrighted art. Graystone Graphics, Inc. respects copyrights held by other companies and feels it is only fair to pursue legal action when there is infringement of our copyrighted designs.

Can we make our own signature sheet instead of using yours?

A.

When ordering a Reunion Gear design which includes your reunion member's signatures, you may call us at 1-800-451-1511 to request our signature sheets by mail or fax. You may print blank signature sheets from our web site by clicking here or you may make your own using the following guidelines.

1. Make a grid of 1" x 2" rectangles on a blank 8.5" x 11" piece of white paper.
2. Each person should sign their name within one rectangle using a black or blue ball point pen - no pencils or felt tip markers, please!
3. Persons with long names, put first name above last name, but keep both names within one box.
4. Have each person sign his or her name in ONE block only.
5. You may make as many blank signature sheets as you need.
6. Enclose and mail ALL signature sheets with your order form.

A reunion member marked through their name and signed again in another rectangle on our signature sheet, is that a problem?

A.

No, as long as it did not interfere with another signature.

Do you custom screen print shirts and accessories for other events?

A.

Yes! Just give us a call and our professional art staff will work with you to create a design for any occasion or event.

Can we get our order delivered any quicker than Reunion Gear standard delivery time?

A.

Yes. If you need a rush order, please give us a call. We will do our best to assure that your order arrives to you when you need it. There is no extra charge for rush orders, but we do ask that you only request it when truly necessary so that we may continue to offer this free service to all of our customers.
